Lead/Copper Survey Information

I have already done a lead copper survey.  Why am I being asked to do another one?

      -We had to send another survey out because the EPA is now requiring a photo of the incoming service line.  We have asked for a picture of the meter in the past but that will not work for verification.  Please do another survey and include a picture of the service line entering your house (line before the meter).

     -You selected 'unknown' as a material type.  Please fill a survey out again and select what the service line entering your home (before the meter) is made of.  The survey link will explain how to identify what your pipe is made of.  

The water district is required to have all submission submitted to the state by August this year.  We are asking that you complete your survey ASAP but absolutely no later than July.
